PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of passing a grounding wire from a grounding circuit breaker through a current transformer CT for the bus protection by locating a a bus protection current transformer at a position to a disconnecting switch or position between the disconnecting switch and a gas-insulated circuit breaker and making connection from the grounding circuit breaker to the bus.
