Further, an intermediate joint part X for connecting the pressure regulator and the on-off part to allow them to communicate with each other and the intermediate joint part Y connected to the on-off part to communicate therewith and having the gas outlet part are constituted and the external joint part C connected to the connection part of the external device operated by the action of the gas is provided to the gas outlet part.
