Abstract:

PURPOSE: To stabilize an output by providing three sets of supporting point members and three kinds of supporting point receivers in an angle adjusting mechanism.

CONSTITUTION: A V-groove 20b of a supporting point receiver 20 in a holder 15 for an inner reflecting mirror is arranged in the vertical direction which is equal to the direction of gravity. When a supporting point member which also serves the role of an adjusting screw is turned, the contacts of a tip part to the right and left side surfaces of the V-groove 20b are equal to the right and left parts. Therefore, the force caused by the turning of the supporting point member becomes only the pushing force. At this time, the tip part of the supporting point member is inserted into the deepest position of the V-groove 20b. The contact state is obtained at the deepest position. There is no risk of position deviation due to vibration. Strain due to the expansion of an optical substrate due to heat can be made to escape. The kinds of the supporting point receivers are three, i.e., a flat surface type, the V-groove type and recess type. Since the V-groove of the supporting point receiver is arranged in the vertical direction, the angle of the reflecting mirror can be adjusted simply in a short time, angle deviation can be eliminated and the stability of the output can be improved.
