To solve such the problem that a liquid level in a mixing tank is not precisely detected because the liquid surface in the mixing tank ruffles.
A gas-liquid dissolving tank is provided with: a tank body 11 capable of storing the liquid inside; a jetting nozzle 16 for jetting the liquid sucked from the outside of the tank body 11 toward the inside of the tank body 11 from a jetting port 17 provided inside the tank body 11; an upper part pipe opening part 26 provided to the upper part of the tank body 11 and the upper part than the surface of the liquid stored inside the tank body 11; a lower part pipe opening part 27 provided to the lower part of the tank body 11 and the lower part than the surface of the liquid stored inside the tank body 11; a hollow detour pipe 28 communicating the upper part pipe opening part 26 and the lower part pipe opening part 27 with each other; and a capacitance type liquid level sensor 29 provided to the hollow detour pipe 28. The liquid level of the surface of the liquid stored inside the tank body 11 is detected by the capacitance type liquid sensor 29.
