PURPOSE: To improve the permeability of the gas by forming the titled film adding a perfluoride emulsion having a large oxygen solubility to a base material made of either a specific 1-substd. polyacetylene or a specific 1,2-substd. polyacetylene or both of them.
CONSTITUTION: Either 1-substd. polyacetylene or 1,2-substd. polyacetylene which has a group or an atom selected among a halogen atom, an alkyl, a halogenated alkyl, a phenyl and an organosilyl groups or the both of them is dissolved in an aromatic solvent. Whereas, an appropriate amount of a peroxide and a surface active agent are added to a halogenated hydrocarbon, and the obtd. dispersion is treated with a supersonic wave, and the necessary amount of the obtd. treated dispersion is added to a solvent solution of the prescribed polyacetylene. And, the obtd. dispersion is formed in a thin film according to a casting method or a water surface development method.
