Abstract:
To provide a gas removing filter easy to optimize the contrary relation of gas removing efficiency and pressure loss than before.
The mutual interval between a plurality of adsorbent sheets 3 each formed by bonding an adsorbent 2 to a sheetlike base material 1 is set to the distance corresponding to gas to be removed and gas is allowed to flow along the surfaces of the sheets having the adsorbent 2 bonded thereto.
