Abstract:
To provide a gas sensor device capable of improving moisture resistance performance in high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: A gas sensor device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode; a metal oxide layer that is arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode and comes into contact with the first electrode and the second electrode; a coating insulation film for covering part of the first electrode, part of the second electrode, and part of the metal oxide layer; and a hydrogen permeable film transmitting only hydrogen. Inside of the metal oxide layer, a local region is provided that comes into contact with the second electrode and has a higher degree of oxygen deficiency than other regions in the metal oxide layer. On the coating insulation film, an opening is provided for exposing a gas contact portion that is part of a main surface of the second electrode. The hydrogen permeable film is provided so as to cover at least the gas contact portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
