Abstract:
To provide a gas sensor element capable of more shortening the time (light-off time) required from starting to a measuring start state than before and capable of more enhancing measuring accuracy than before, a gas sensor and an NOx sensor.
The gas sensor element 100 is constituted so that at least the surfaces of the first and second solid electrolytes 17 and 19 (excepting the parts of a pump electrode 10 and a detection electrode 11) facing the inside of a first measuring chamber 5 are covered with an insulating layer 60.
