Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gas separation method in which a film having a large transmission coefficient and a film having a relatively small transmission coefficient are used together without deteriorating the merits of both, and a specified component concentrated gas in which a specified gas component is concentrated from a mixed gas of three or more components and a specified component diluted gas in which the specified component is diluted can be separated at high purification efficiency.
CONSTITUTION: Multistage separation with the use of gas separation modules 3, 4 with films having different transmission coefficients and others.
