This gas shutoff controller is provided with a solenoid valve 1 with a mechanism for self-holding an opened or closed state by an electric opening/shutting pulse signal, a valve driving part 2 for opening and shutting the solenoid valve 1, a valve opening/shutting control part 3 for controlling the valve driving part 2, a battery 4 which is a power source of the valve opening/shutting control part 3, a signal input terminal 5 for inputting an external communication signal, and a noise reduction circuit 6 for reducing a noise added to a signal inputted from this communication terminal. This noise reduction circuit 6 is composed of a capacitor of which one end is grounded and another end is connected with the communication signal, and a resistance connected with the communication signal in series. As a result, this capacitor has a small harmonic wave signal output to an impressed signal, and a small capacity change in correspondence to the change of applied voltage to improve the noise resistance.
