Abstract:
To provide a gas shutoff device that ensures safety when the power capacity of a battery power part is consumed.
A lowest battery voltage determination part 13 inputs a battery voltage periodically and makes a voltage drop detection determination when the voltage shows n consecutive zero or positive changes, after a dummy load 11 is operated to cause the battery power part 9 to supply a current equivalent to the one when a shutoff valve 16 is operated and a waveform stabilization time measurement part 12 measures a time for a transient voltage change in the battery power part 9, so that even when the internal resistance of a battery increases for a fixed time and decreases, it can be suppressed that the shutoff valve 16 can not be operated.
