Abstract:

To surely prevent breakage even of foreign matter in driving gas collides with a stationary blade and a gas turbine moving blade by forming a protective film part on an outer surface of a blade effective part of a gas turbine cooling blade for supplying cooled air into the blade effective part.

A gas turbine stationary blade 41 is provided with a ring piece 44a engaged with a casing on one end of a blade effective part 43, and is provided with a ring piece 44b forming a passage part of driving gas G on the other end thereof. the blade effective part 43 is formed in such a constitution that a protective film part 45 is formed on the outer surface thereof, an ejection hole is arranged to send cooling air by which a blade inner wall is impinge- cooled along a blade outer surface in a film shape, and the blade outer surface is film-cooled by cooled air ejected from the ejection hole. A barrel part and a back side of the blade effective part 43 are covered with the protective film part 45. When foreign matter collides with the blade effective part 43, the protective film part 45 is functioned as a buffer material or a protection material, and thereby, it is thus possible to surely prevent breakage of the blade effective part 43.
