To provide a hardly decomposable organic compound apparatus capable of reducing power consumption and stably and efficiently subjecting the gasified hardly decomposable organic compound to a reductive decomposition treatment.
The hardly decomposable organic compound treatment apparatus is equipped with a first heating means 21 for indirectly heating polluted soil, a first gasifying device 20 for evaporating moisture in polluted soil by indirectly heating the polluted soil by the first heating means 21 to form overheated steam without gasifying the hardly decomposable organic compound, an overheated steam storage tank 30 for recovering the overheated steam formed by the first gasifying device 20 to store the same and a second heating means 41 for indirectly heating the polluted soil from which moisture is removed and includes a second gasifying device 40 for gasifying the hardly decomposable organic compound in the polluted soil by indirectly heating the polluted soil from which moisture is removed by the second heating means 41.
