Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a gasket which can homogenize a thickness of the gasket which is formed on a protrusion.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a gasket includes: a first process for forming a first thin-thickness film on a protrusion 110 by screen printing by using a first screen board 500 whose width of an opening part 511 in which a material 150X passes in a short direction is narrower than a width of the manufactured gasket in the short direction; and a second process for forming a second thin-thickness film by screen printing in a state that a position in the short direction is displaced to the first thin-thickness layer after the first thin-thickness layer is hardened by using a second screen board whose width of the opening part in which the material passes in the short direction is narrower than a width of the manufactured gasket in the short direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
