Abstract:

To provide a gasket capable of placing a film part material in good situation.

A gasket for producing an optical element is installed with a cylinder body part, a supporting part capable of supporting a film part material, which projects from an inner peripheral surface of the body part to a center axis of the body part, and a foldable projection which is positioned at an outer side of the supporting part relative to the center axis in a first side of the supporting part in direction of parallel to the center axis and is projected toward the first side. The projection can hold a film part material between the body part and the supporting part by folding toward an inner side of the body part.
