Abstract:
PURPOSE: To lock a door safely and easily by eliminating troublesome operation.
CONSTITUTION: In a gate door lock which is composed of a key body 1 installed in a gate door and a key bar receiving metal fitting 2 installed in a gatepost and supports a handle 3 and the shaft parts 5 and 6 of a key bar 4 rotatably with the pedestal bearing parts 7 and 8 of the key body 1 from the respectively different sides and connects both to each other by a square shaft 9 and locks a door immovably by hooking the key bar 4 on the receiving part 10 of the key bar receiving metal fitting 2, a disk 11 is fixed in a collar shape to the shaft part 5 of the handle 3. Plural locking holes 12 are arranged in the peripheral part of the disk 11, and a ball 13 to engage with the locking holes 12 is energized toward the disk 11 from a pedestal.
