Abstract:
To provide a semiconductor device that shifts low-level signals with a small number of transistors.SOLUTION: A gate driver has: a first transistor that has a first terminal electrically connected with first wiring and a second terminal electrically connected with second wiring; a second transistor that has a first terminal electrically connected with third wiring and a second terminal electrically connected with the second wiring; a third transistor that has a first terminal electrically connected with fourth wiring and a second terminal electrically connected with a gate of the second transistor; a fourth transistor that has a first terminal electrically connected with fifth wiring, a second terminal electrically connected with a gate of the third transistor, and a gate electrically connected with sixth wiring; and a first switch that has a first terminal electrically connected with the third wiring and a second terminal electrically connected with a gate of the first transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
