To fix a flag field to a gate pole on the outside under a stable fixing condition with a simple means by forming a rubber elastic ensile member from a rubber elastic ring surrounding a hose section from the outside which prevents the hose section from being axially dropped out.

A flag field 1 can not be moved down along a gate pole 3 since a hose section 9 is closed on the end side. Therefore, the axial height position of the flag field 1 is fixed even when a skier collides with a gate pole 2 to incline the gate pole 2. When the hose section 9 is loosely fitted to the gate pole 2, the hose section 9 is possibly dropped out from the outside gate pole 3 when a load of wind is received or the inclined inside gate pole is returned to the start position. Thus, in order to additionally fix the hose section 9 to the gate pole 3, a rubber elastic ring 10 for surrounding the hose section from the outside is provided.
