Abstract:
To provide a gauge for critical crack film thickness measurement that can accurately measure a critical crack film thickness through single-time coating, and a crack resistance test device using the same.SOLUTION: A gauge 10a for critical crack film thickness measurement comprises a pedestal 12a and inclined spacers 16a, 16b and 16c mounted detachably on the pedestal 12a. The gauge 10a for critical crack film thickness measurement may further comprises a coating base material 14 inserted detachably between the pedestal 12a and the inclined spacers 16a, 16b and 16c. A crack resistance evaluation device comprises the gauge 10a for critical crack film thickness measurement, a scraper for letting slurry flow in a groove 18 of the gauge 10a for critical crack film thickness measurement, a coating device moving the scraper along a length direction of the groove 18 at a constant speed, and a critical film thickness measurement device for measuring a critical crack film thickness of a dry film after drying the slurry.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
