Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear design support method capable of analyzing dynamic behavior with sufficient analysis accuracy even to shaft vibration dynamically changing.SOLUTION: In a deflection amount calculation step of obtaining a deflection amount of a gear on a gear action line corresponding to a rotation direction in between meshing gears, the deflection amount is obtained by summing the difference of products of a gear rotation angle and a basic circle radius between the meshing gears, a changed part of a contact distance, a product of a changed part of a drive side contact angle and a drive side basic circle radius, a product of a changed part of a driven side contact angle and a driven side basic circle radius, and a changed part calculated from a deflection angle of a bearing part and a tooth width meshing position.
