Abstract:
To provide a gear processing device which can simplify a work-piece processing process, and can shorten a phase adjustment time.SOLUTION: In a gear processing device 1, a work-piece detection sensor 31 detects rotational positions of respective teeth of a large diameter part that is a finished reference gear, and a small diameter part that is a semi-finished correction object gear in the state that a work-piece is held by a work-piece main spindle 50. In a control device 100, a phase deviation detection part 106 detects a deviation amount D of a tooth phase of the small diameter with respect to a tooth phase of the large diameter part on the basis of a detection result of the work-piece detection sensor 31. Thereby, a phase correction part 107 calculates a correction amount M for correcting a tooth phase deviation when finishing the small diameter part on the basis of the deviation amount D detected by the phase deviation detection part 106.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
