Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport active paste for a battery electrode in the stabile state without changing the quality of it and without enlarging a device.
SOLUTION: A pair of gears 3, 4 for transporting active paste A for battery electrode A are rotated in a state where a clearance D is maintained between tooth surfaces 3b, 4b of the meshing parts so as to avoid the pressure break action in the meshing part, and fluid seals 7, 8 are formed in clearances between a casing 2 and the side surfaces 3a, 4b of a pair of gears 3, 4. The clearance between the meshing part of a pair of gears 3, 4 and the casing 2 is decreased by adjusting pieces 9, 10 as small as possible, leaking flow of active paste A to both clearances is stopped, and the shearing action to be generated on both clearance is avoided.
