Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high viscosity liquid carrying gear pump for keeping a bearing in a free state, and improving reliability to cooling medium leakage and melting resin leakage.
SOLUTION: In this gear pump where a pair of gear rotors 2 are supported by a body 1 of the gear pump via the bearing 6, a cover 11 for preventing shaft directional slipping-out of the bearing 6 is fixed to the body 1, and a temperature adjusting medium passage 20 is formed in the bearing 6, an inlet pipe 28 and an outlet pipe 29 to the temperature adjusting medium passage 20 are connected to a shaft directional outside end surface of the bearing 6, an intermediate plate 10 is interposed between the shaft directional outside end surface of the bearing 6 and the cover 11, the intermediate plate 10 is provided with an inserting hole 31 of the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29, and the cover 11 is provided with a deriving part 32 for loosely fitting and externally introducing the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29.
