Abstract:
To provide a gear rotor set which can be manufactured under excellent economical efficiency while maintaining favorable seizure resistance and mechanical strength.
An outer rotor 2 comprises a powder aluminum alloy of porosity of 3% or more and 15% or less. An inner rotor 3 comprises the powder aluminum alloy of porosity of 1% or less. Concretely, the outer rotor 2 comprises a sintered aluminum alloy of aluminum alloy powder pressed and molded, and then heated and sintered. The inner rotor 3 comprises a high strength powder aluminum alloy of which relative density is set to be close to 100% by plastic deformation working high temperature.
