To provide a gel producing apparatus capable of producing gel connected in series.

The gel producing apparatus includes a fluid jetting part for jetting a first fluid; a flow part for allowing a second fluid to flow in a predetermined direction; and a control part for controlling the operation of the fluid jetting part. The control part jets the first fluid into the second flowing fluid to produce first gel, and jets the first fluid into the second flowing fluid so as to contact a part of the first gel in the second fluid, thereby producing second gel and producing gel connected in series of the first gel and second gel.
