Abstract:
To provide techniques that cause no silencing of expressed genes in the expression of a target gene using plant cells, maintaining a stable expression level over the progeny, and can harvest seeds efficiently.SOLUTION: The recombinant protein is expressed in plant cells such as lettuce using a lettuce ubiquitin promoter and an Arabidopsis thaliana heat shock protein 18.2 terminator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
