To provide a generating device, a cryptographic coder, and a decoder, etc., which are resistant to a coalition attach and are suitable for cryptographic coding for such a large amount of information as multi-media contents as to perform its delivery.
A generating device 101 generates identifiers (u) and cryptic keys Ku to deliver them to each user having a decoder 301. A cryptographic coder 201 so receives contents information 205 as to send a generated header information 204 and a cryptograph coded content information 207 to the decoder 301. The header information 204 is generated for each user by coding session keys cryptograph. The cryptograph coded contents-information is obtained by coding the content information 205 cryptograph by using the session keys. The decoder 301 decodes the session keys from the header information 204, and reproduces the same content information 306 as the original content information 205 from the cryptograph coded contents-information 207 by using the session keys.
