PURPOSE: To make efficient use of space by using a rotating shaft as a common driving shaft for both a pump rotor and a pulsating rotor, and providing a communicating passage with a control valve device for controlling fluid to its specified quantity.

CONSTITUTION: A pump rotor 3 and a pulsating rotor 4 are mounted on a rotating shaft 2, and its one end is connected with a driving motor, and moreover a communicating passage 12 between a pump chamber 10 and a generating chamber 11 for pulsating pressure is provided with a control valve device 5 for controlling fluid fed into said generating chamber 11 to its specified quantity. Therefore, a device can be operated through only one driving source, and may require no connecting piping between the pump chamber 10 and the generating chamber 11 for pulsating pressure to reduce its necessary space.
