PURPOSE: To generate uniform hydrostatic pressure by laminating and combining in an axial direction elastic bodies of the same quality which differ in hardness, restraining the deformation in a circumferential direction from the outside and applying pressure in the axial direction.
CONSTITUTION: A powder molding 4 enclosed with a rubber mold 2 and elastic bodies 3a, 3a' is contained in a cylindrical die 1, and is pressurized with a pressurizing rod 5, whereby hydrostatic pressure is generated. Here, the uniform hydrostatic pressure is obtained by laminating and combining the bodies 3a, 3a' differing in hardness alternately ≥2 layers. It is equally avilable to laminate and combine the bodies 3a, 3a' differing in the modulus of longitudinal elasticity alternately in ≥2 layers. Thus the uniform hydrostatic pressure is generated.
