Abstract:
To provide a generation method of a meandering amount estimation model of a steel plate which can generate a meandering amount estimation model for accurately estimating a meandering amount of a steel plate.SOLUTION: A generation method of a meandering amount estimation model of a steel plate comprises: a data acquisition step of acquiring image data of a steel plate acquired by imaging a moving steel plate and measurement data of a meandering amount of the steel plate corresponding to the image data; and a model generation step of generating a meandering amount estimation model for estimating the meandering amount of the steel plate with machine learning by a method of the convolution neural network using a plurality of pieces of learning data with the image data acquired in the data acquisition step as input performance data and with the measurement data of the meandering amount of the steel plate corresponding to the image data as output performance data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
