To determine an output amount per unit time of each generator so that operation costs of all the generators on a power system including wind power generation are minimized.
In this generator output amount determination system 1 which determines the output amount from each output increase/decrease operation type generator 4 to 11 which can artificially increase and decrease a power generation amount by predicting an generation amount of the wind power generation, the generator output amount determination system includes: a weather prediction data input part 51; a wind status prediction part 52 which predicts wind statuses in installation places of wind turbine generators 2, 3; a wind power generation prediction part 53 which predicts the output amounts per unit time of the wind turbine generators 2, 3; a necessary power generation amount storage part 61 which stores a necessary power generation amount per unit time; an increase/decrease operation type power generation calculation part 57 which calculates power generation amounts per unit time which should be generated by the increase/decrease operation type generators 4 to 11; an operation restriction storage part 62 which stores the operation restriction of each generator; and a generator output amount determination part 58 which determines the output amount per unit time of each output increase/decrease operation type generator 4 to 11 which satisfies the necessary power generation amount per unit time.
