PURPOSE: To simplify constitution while lowering an operating temperature by reciprocating and fluidizing a conductive liquid in a flow path for the conductive liquid, working a magnetic field to the conductive liquid and generating AC electromotive force.

CONSTITUTION: Solenoid valves 21∼24 are controlled by a solenoid valve controller 25, and a cooling means 16 for a condenser 16 and a heating means for an evaporator 17 are controlled and pressure working to a Freon group refrigerant R-22 is changed, thus reciprocating and fluidizing mercury 11 in a flow path 12 for mercury. A magnetic field by a magnet 7 works to the mercury 11, and AC electromotive force is generated between electrodes 8 by the reciprocating fluidizing of mercury 11.
