Abstract:
To provide a genetic screening kit that can perform a mixing work of a reagent and a nucleic acid amplification work using a mixed reagent simply, conveniently, safely and securely by less procedures.SOLUTION: A genetic screening kit (10) comprises: a container (20) which has a cylindrical sidewall (21) extending in one direction and a bottom part (22) provided at one end part of the sidewall (21), in which an opening (23) is formed at the other end part of the sidewall (21); a lid body (60) which is detachable from the opening (23); a rod-like member (50) which extends from the lid body (60) toward the bottom part (22) through the opening (23) and has a capture part (56) which captures a sample at a tip thereof; and a seal part (70) which is provided on at least one of the container (20) and the rod-like member (50), in which the seal part (70) is interposed between an external surface of the rod-like member (50) and an internal surface of the sidewall (21) of the container (20) over the whole circumference so as to partition the inside of the container (20) into a plurality of spaces (25, 27).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
