Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent a cooling tower from freezing or frost as well as to keep off the frost due to exhaust out of the cooling tower, by installing an air condenser of a low boiling point medium cycle in an atomsphere inflow part of the cooling tower. CONSTITUTION:An air condenser 8 comprising a complex cycle of a low boiling point medium cycle which turns steam extraction of a steam turbine 1 to a high temperature heat source as well as the atmosphere flowing into a cooling tower 4 to a low temperature heat source, respectively, is installed whereby a packing material and a looper or the like in the cooling tower 4 are prevented from a frost and freezing and, what is more, the frost due to exhaust out of the cooling tower is also obviated.
