Abstract:
To provide a getter composition for carrying out an activation process by using a getter which can reduce the activation temperature so that the vacuum degree and the removing ability of gas can be improved, and to provide a field emission element which uses the getter composition.
The getter composition is characterized by containing chromium (Cr) as the main component and contains titanium and zirconium as other components.
