Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gimmick timepiece simplifying structure, reducing the number of parts, offering superior appreciation with unpredictable motion variation and operating accurately.
SOLUTION: Provided are a rotor 20 arranged in a box 2, a driving means 25 rotating and driving the rotor 20, a detecting means 40 detecting the reaching of the rotor to a specific angle position. This detecting means 40 is formed with a swing arm 42 arranged freely swinging around a specific support shaft fixed to the box 2, a tapered recess part formed at periphery of the rotor 20 (21) so as to engage to an engaging pin 42a', and a switch 43 controlling the operation of the drive means operated by the other end of the swing arm in a state engaged in the tapered recess part.
