Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a beautiful and complete incombustible vehicle interior trim material whose feeling is soft and by which moisture condensation is not caused and on which textile printing pattern is delineated.
CONSTITUTION: Resin is applied to a glass fiber cloth piece, and filling processing is performed to block up a clearance between fibers, and luster is printed and heated, and the luster is baked, and a tetrafluoroethylene resin film is heated, fused and layered on the surface, and a vehicle interior trim material is formed. Since all of glass fiber, the luster and the tetrafluoroethylene resin film being the materials are incombustible, this vehicle interior trim material is completely incombustibel, and the touch is soft, and dew condasation is not caused, and it is beautiful, and is hard to be stained, is very convenient for an interior trim to paper a lower part under a window of a railway rolling stock easily coming into contact with smoking fire.
