Abstract:
A method for manufacturing glass film that comprises a correction step P7 for correcting, with a correction mechanism 15, the deviation of the actual passage route R2 of a belt-shaped glass film 1 from a proper transport route R1 while transporting the belt-shaped glass film 1, wherein the correction mechanism 15 is provided with a suction conveyor 3 to transport the belt-shaped glass film 1 with same suctioned to a transport face, and the correction step P7 is executed by changing the feed route S for the belt-shaped glass film 1 fed by the suction conveyor 3.
