Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead free glass composition capable of being softened and flowed at a burning temperature equal to or less than conventional low melting point lead glass and a lead free glass composition having good thermal stability or good chemical stability in addition to characteristics thereof.SOLUTION: The lead free glass composition is constituted by a main component and an additional component, where the main component consists of 25 to 60 mass% of AgO, 5 to 65 mass% of VOand 15 to 50 mass% of TeOwhen their nominal components are represented by oxide, the percentage content of the main component is 75 mass% or more, the additional component is a component other than the main component and contains one or more kind of BaO, WO, FeO, MnOand SbOand crystallization temperature of the glass composition does not exist at 300°C or less when conducting a differential scanning analysis on the glass composition. The additional component may further contain one or more kind of PO, KO, MoOand ZnO.SELECTED DRAWING: None
