Abstract:
The present invention relates to a glass plate including: a first main surface; and a second main surface that is opposite to the first main surface, wherein the second main surface is a side on which an electronic member is formed, a surface Si-OH group density in the first main surface derived by using a specific calculation scheme is less than or equal to 8.7×10^14 (pieces/cm^2) and greater than or equal to 0 (pieces/cm^2), a glass composition expressed by an oxide-based wt% includes: 35 to 73% of SiO_2; 5 to 35% of Al_2O_3; 0 to 30% of B_2O_3; 0 to 20% of MgO; 0 to 30% of CaO; 0 to 30% of SrO; 0 to 40% of BaO; and 1 to 55% of a total of MgO, CaO, SrO, and BaO, and no alkali metal oxide is substantially contained.
