The glass polishing machine 1 comprises a rotary plate 2b provided on the bottom of a rotary polishing tool 2 for pneumatic rotation with a rotational track along the outer periphery shape of a gear, a cover member 3 mounted at the lower part of the outer periphery face of the rotary polishing tool for absorbing a proper amount of polishing water, and a polishing member mounted on the rotary plate 2b provided on the bottom of the rotary polishing tool 2 for polishing the surface of the glass.
