Abstract:
To provide a glass substrate with a conductive film for a solar cell, which can not be easily deformed when an FTO film or an ATO film is formed.
The glass substrate with the conductive film for the solar cell is configured by depositing the conductive film composed of a fluorine-doped tin oxide or an antimony-doped tin oxide on the glass substrate having a thickness of 0.05 to 2 mm, wherein a strain point of the glass substrate is 525°C or higher.
