Title:
GLASS TRANSPARENT ELECTRIC CORD FOR TRANSMITTING ELECTRICITY THROUGH GLASS WINDOW/GLASS DOOR BY USING LIGHT EMITTING DIODE/PHOTODIODE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004165700
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a glass transparent electric cord which can transmit electricity from outdoor to indoor and from indoor to outdoor in a place where a glass window/glass door is installed, under the circumstances that a construction for passing electric supply cables through sockets, walls and so on is not required and the glass window/glass door is closed.

Light emitting diodes 1, 6 (including electro luminescence elements) are installed on a glass 3, such as glass door/glass window and so on. Electricity from a distribution side 9 (generator, such as solar power generation machine, and so on) is converted into light 4, such as infrared rays/far infrared rays/visible light and so on, to pass through the glass 3. Photodiodes 2, 6 (including electro luminescence elements) installed on the opposite side convert the light 4, such as infrared rays/far infrared rays/visible light and so on, into electricity.
