Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound of formula I [R1 is H, acetyl; R2 is formula II, formula III (R3 is H, benzoyl) OH, F].
USE: Diagnostic and therapeutic agent for malignant lymphoma.
PREPARATION: For example, a compound of formula I (R1 is acetyl; R2 is acetyloxy) is dissolved in a solvent such as dimethylformamide and allowed to react with H2N.NH2.AcOH (Ac is acetyl) at 50°C under stirring. The reaction mixture is diluted with ethyl acetate, rinsed with water and dried over magnesium sulfate. The solution is concentrated under reduced pressure and purified using flash chromatography to give the compound of formula I (R1 is acetyl; R2 is OH).
