Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain gloves with smooth surface and softness to handle an ortho pedic gypsum bandage by mixing a base material which is made of a soft elastic material and forming a part to receive the hand with a coating which is made of a lubricating material. SOLUTION: A mold is heated and immersed in a tank of coagulant and taken the mold out of the tank, then the mold which is coated with the dried coagulant by being dried in the drying open 13 is immersed in a latex solution tank 14. The mold is taken out of the latex solution tank 14, then its latex film is gelated, and this geration being complete in a gelating open 15 that gelates a layer. After the geration of a latex film layer, the mold and layer are immersed in a lixiviating tank 16 and eliminated a water-soluble material from the immersed substance with hot water. Then the mold is taken out of the lixiviating tank 16 and immersed in a soaking tank 17 to attach a soft top coating. Subsequently the mold is harden in a hardening open 18, and in a peeling room 21, a harden gloves are taken off from the mold in a blasting process.
