PURPOSE: To improve the working efficiency of gluing by providing a base to be arranged with wallpaper, a feeder for transportation, an air ejection part for separating the edges of the raised uppermost wallpaper and the second and subsequent sheets, a transporting roller part and a gluing part for gluing the rear surface.

CONSTITUTION: This gluing device 1 for wallpaper is so constituted that one sheet of the uppermost sheet of the wallpaper 3 among plural sheets of the wallpaper 3 disposed on the base 2 is stuck by the tacky adhesive roller part 4. The wallpaper 3 is raised while the wallpaper is held stuck to the roller and air is ejected from an air ejection port of the air ejection part 10 into the spacing between the wallpaper 3 raised by holding its end and the wallpaper 3 on the base 2. The raised wallpaper 3 is separated from the second and subsequent sheets and is fed into the transporting part 9 by the tacky adhesive roller part 4. The wallpaper is transported by the transporting roller part 9 to the gluing part 14 where the rear surface of the wallpaper 3 is glued. Then, even the wallpaper 3 having the napped front surface is surely glued by each sheet on the rear surface.
