Title:
GLUING STAPLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2004338359
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a gluing stapler which can eliminate drawbacks of conventional gluing work such as soiling of a desk and necessity of providing an underlay and can be used for gluing work in such a manner that paper to be glued (such as a photograph or an envelop) is held by one hand while holding the gluing stapler by the other hand, the paper in its position to be glued is sandwiched between a table fixture and a glue outlet, and gluing is conducted by operating the stapler as in an ordinary stapler.

In this gluing stapler, a glue outlet of a liquid glue vessel is bent at a right angle. Paper or the like to be glued is sandwiched between this glue outlet, and a table fixture in its part which has a concave and is elastic. The glue vessel is pressurized to push out the liquid glue for gluing. In pressurizing the glue vessel to push out the liquid glue, when the amount of the glue becomes small and, consequently, air pools at a portion near the glue outlet, the liquid glue cannot be normally pushed out. In order to avoid this unfavorable phenomenon, a tube connected to a glue outlet is mounted within the glue vessel. According to this construction, even when the amount of the glue within the glue vessel becomes small, the application of pressure to the glue vessel allowed the liquid glue to be pushed out through the tube so far as the front end of the tube is immersed in the liquid glue.
