To provide a glutathione-S-transferase-activated compound, etc.
The present invention provides a compound represented by a chemical formula described below, or an amide, an ester, a mixed ester/amide or a salt thereof, wherein Y-CO is -Glu, etc.; AAc is glycine, phenyl glycine, -alanine, alanine, phenylalanine, valine, 4-aminobutyric acid, aspartic acid, histidine, tryptophan, tyrosine, or phenylalanine substituted with a halogen atom, SR, OR or NR2 (R is H or a 1-4C alkyl), and linked to the remainder of the compound through a peptide bond; Sx is S=O, etc.; R1 and respective R3 are each independently H, 1-4C alkyl or phenyl; and L is a phosphoramide mustard or a phosphorodiamidate mustard.
