Abstract:
To provide a medicine having excellent therapeutic or prophylactic action for allergic dermatitis and excellent in absorbing property in oral administration and in stability in organisms, namely the agent enabling oral administration and capable of retaining excellent therapeutic or prophylactic effect for longer time in slight dose.
The present invention provides a compound which is a glycine derivative represented by general formula (I) or its pharmacologically permissible salt, a medicine containing the compound or its pharmacologically permissible salt and a therapeutic or prophylactic agent for allergic dermatitis containing the compound or its pharmacologically permissible salt.
