PURPOSE: To easily and inexpensively provide the golden color vapor deposited product having a strongly developed golden color and high transmittance by alternately laminating low-refractive index layers and high-refractive index layers respectively having refractive indices to respectively specific thicknesses on the surface of a base body.

CONSTITUTION: The surface of the base material consisting of transparent plastic is at least partly provided alternately with the low-refractive index layers consisting of a material having 1.3 to 1.5 refractive index and the high- refractive index layers consisting of a material having ≥2.0 refractive index in lamination in such a manner that the uppermost layer is the high-refractive index layer. On the other hand, the uppermost layer of the high-refractive index layers is formed to 350 to 530 thickness and the other layers are formed to 700 to 90O thickness. The low-refractive index materials are ≥1 kinds of oxides and fluorides of Ca, Li, Mg, Si and Na and the high-refractive index materials are ≥1 kinds among oxides, fluorides, chlorides and sulfides of Al, Sb, Be, Bi, Cd, Ce, Ge, Hf, La, Mg, Pb, Te, Nd, Pr, Sc, Si, Ta, Ti, Tl, Th, Y, Zn and Zr.
